TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the LB Multi Services website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

LB Multi Services provides accounting, tax preparation, payroll, consulting, and business insurance and audit services. All services are delivered virtually. Service descriptions, scope, and deliverables are outlined in individual service agreements and engagement letters.

3. Virtual Service Delivery

All services are delivered virtually, including consultations, onboarding, ongoing support, and filings. Clients are responsible for providing necessary documentation and information via electronic means. We maintain secure systems for document transmission and storage.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete financial information and documentation
• Maintaining organized financial records and supporting documentation
• Communicating changes in business circumstances
• Reviewing reports and recommendations
• Implementing recommendations or notifying us if not feasible
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

5. Limitations of Services

Services are provided based on information supplied by the client. We are not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies or omissions in client-provided information
• Client failure to implement recommendations
• External factors beyond our control
• Services outside the scope of the engagement agreement

6. Fees and Payment

Service fees are outlined in individual engagement agreements. Fees are due as specified. Late payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to adjust fees with written notice if the scope materially changes.

7. Confidentiality

LB Multi Services maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We do not disclose information to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LB Multi Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or meet specific expectations beyond those outlined in the engagement agreement.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless LB Multi Services from claims arising from client-provided information or client actions outside the scope of services.

11. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees through the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in Oklahoma courts.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation.

14. Modifications to Terms

LB Multi Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with individual engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement regarding services provided.
